RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Betty & Sam, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange request under the following conditions. You can initiate a return or exchange by logging into your account and accessing the "My Return Requests" section or by visiting our "Easy Return" page on the homepage.
You may return your product within 15 days of receiving it, provided that the security tag has not been removed (you are still allowed to try it on), the labels are intact, the item is unused and in resellable condition, and all original accessories are included. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to you with shipping costs at your expense. For this reason, we recommend trying on your items soon after receiving them and returning anything that does not suit you within the stated guidelines.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the bank within 2–5 business days.
You can send your return free of charge via "Yurtiçi Kargo" using the return code provided on the "Easy Return" page. If you prefer to use another courier service, the shipping cost must be covered by you.
For international orders, returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Items that have had their tags removed, been used, or are damaged and no longer suitable for resale will not be accepted. International returns can be sent to our Frankfurt, Germany office.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Include a note with your Name, Desired Product, and Size Information — your requested item will be sent to you.
Please note that shipping fees paid to the courier for delivering your order are non-refundable.
Refunds are made to your original payment method. If you paid in installments, your refund will also be processed in installments. The timing of this process depends on your bank’s internal procedures (typically 1–15 business days).
Returned items are subject to inspection by our team.
If you receive a defective or faulty product, you must notify us within 2 days via email: [email protected]
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to improper use or washing.
Custom-made items are non-returnable.
