Delivery and Returns

After your order reaches us, it will be shipped within 2-10 business days. 50% of our products are models that are produced regularly. Some models or sizes may not be available when you place an order. For this reason, our shipping time can take up to 10 working days. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

When your order is shipped, you will be sent an e-mail containing your cargo tracking number. You can follow it by clicking the link in the e-mail or from the Dashboard / My Orders section under My Account.

You can receive your order from the courier against signature by presenting a picture ID.

Please open the cargo box when receiving your product and make sure that its contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any mishap, send the product back with a report to the cargo officer. Our Customer Service will assist you.

If you are not present at the address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after the picture ID is checked and signed.

It is our basic principle that you are happy as a result of your shopping from Bettyandsam.co. If you wish to return your product, we will be pleased to assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions.

• To return the orders you have placed on bettyandsam.co, it is sufficient to send an e-mail to info@bettyandsam.co and inform that you want to return your product. Then you can deliver your product to cargo. Returns that are not informed by mail are NOT ACCEPTED.

• You can return your products, whose invoice date has not exceeded 15 days, whose product protection band has not been opened, whose labels have not been removed and which have not been used, and whose re-saleability has not been compromised, to the address specified below, together with all their accessories. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you against a charge. For this reason, we recommend that you try your products as soon as possible so that they do not deteriorate when they reach you, and return the ones you think are not suitable as stated above.

Refunds for accepted return requests are sent to the bank within 2 (two) business days after checking the compliance of the returned products with the return conditions. The shipping fee is paid by you when returning the product. Please make sure that you package the product in such a way that it will not be damaged.

Your repayment is made by your bank in the same way as you pay to your payment instrument (shopping in installments is refunded in installments). The pace of this process depends entirely on your bank's internal processes.

The products subject to return are inspected by our company.

It is not possible to return products that have occurred in connection with use and that have been damaged due to incorrect cleaning processes.

Returns cannot be accepted for personalized products.
